This policy explains how Complete Property Cleaning Norfolk Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use our website or our window and property cleaning services.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, address, email address and phone number, provided when you request a quote or become a customer.
• Property details — information about your property needed to quote for and carry out the work.
• Payment details — Direct Debit payments are processed by GoCardless. We do not store your bank details ourselves. GoCardless's privacy policy is available at gocardless.com/privacy.

How we use your information

• To provide quotes and carry out cleaning services.
• To schedule visits and send appointment reminders.
• To take payment and manage your account.
• To respond to enquiries sent through our contact form (processed by Formspree).

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running the business, as the lawful basis for this processing. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you remain a customer, and for up to six years afterwards where needed for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiry details from people who do not become customers are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@completepropertycleaning.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
